Discovered that Walmart has neighborhood market stores which are just grocery stores. Enjoyed wandering through Tuesday Morning. Found some neat garden tools.

Saw a neat concrete shop. Took a drive.

Attended Mariners game. They lost. Saw some bizarre things, a run down of a batter between 1st and second that allowed a run to sneak in. A pitch that bounced off of home plate into the stands. Weather was beautiful. Like section 211 row GG or above. The shade appears as the afternoon progresses. Ichiro was designated hitter. Saw Spiezio, Winn, Ibanez, Boone, Reese, Beltre, Olivo, Reed, Bloomquist, Dobbs, and Madritsch, play. Non playing members stayed for the game, or at least did not leave as a group after the 4th inning. Scouted out where we will want to sit in the lawn seating for the game on the 10th.

Laundry and housecleaning. Went to dinner at airport with Wendy and Norb. Had a good visit. Excellent chicken fajitas.

Enjoyed the 82 degree sunshine. Spent time in the pool. Spent time lounging around in the sun. Enjoyed all you can eat buffet at airport. Had picked up discount coupons night before. Shrimp was good, as was the creamy cauliflower soup, and popeye chicken.

Attended Mariners game against the Cubs. Mariners LOST. Enjoyed seating on the grass. Was nice to be able to stretch out and move around. Disadvantage was the inability to see where the home runs the Cubs were hitting were going. Have a better idea of why the outfielders have trouble with locating the ball in the sun. Temps in the lower 80s. Soaked a while after dark in the pool, watched the stars. Visited with a couple from Ontario, Canada.

Went up to Rawhide, a tourist trap western town mockup. Most of the shops had over priced stuff. Had we not experienced Tombstone, and Old Tucson Studios it might have been more impressive. Did go for a camel ride and a stage coach ride. Temperatures were in the upper 80s.
Hummingbirds keep coming by the awning looking for food.
Had banana splits for dinner. The Coldstone Creamery makes it’s own ice cream. Almost a shame to cover it with sauces. Options of varying mix ins were available for regular cones and sundaes. They also can coat the cones with chocolate and sprinkles/nuts in addition to putting varying things in the ice cream.
